DMCA / Copyright

Honey Diffusion respects copyright. Everything we publish is generated by us, but if you believe material on honeydiffusion.com infringes a copyright you own or control, tell us and we will act.

Designated agent

Send notices to [email protected] with the subject line DMCA NOTICE.

TODO before launch: register a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and replace this block with the registered agent name, physical address, and phone number.

What your notice must contain

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
  3. The exact URL of the material on this site you want removed.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

What happens next

We aim to review complete notices within 5 business days and remove or disable access to material we agree is infringing. Repeat infringers are permanently blocked from submitting content or partnering with us.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed in error, send a counter-notice to the same address including your signature, the material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the United States, any district in which we may be found).

Likeness and impersonation complaints

Our characters are synthetic and are not modelled on any identifiable living person. If you nonetheless believe an output resembles you or someone you represent, write to [email protected] with the URL and we will review and, where warranted, remove and retrain around it. Non-consensual depiction of a real person is against our own rules, not just the law.
